The exterior of the building needs maybe a repainting (balconies, terrace, walls).
The kitchen and the furniture of the bathrooms needs redecoration (maybe more modern).

The situation is pleasant, you haven't big building close to the property. All is charming and in natural environnement with the forest behind the chalet. No overlooked with the skiers and people on the road. It is a private area.
The is proposed on the rental market, there is an option of booking for Christmas and New year but nothing signed.
