| Properties between 150 001 € and 400 000 € : | 3.5% of the purchase price including VAT |
| Properties between 400 001 € and 600 000 € : | 3% of the purchase price including VAT |
| Properties between 600 001€ and 1 000 000 €: | 2.5% of the purchase price including VAT |
| Properties above 1 000 001 €: | 2% of the purchase price including VAT |
If the sale falls through, no payment applies.

Included in our fees is a full domiciliation service – ensuring that we help you to settle in to your new property.
